Another Sunday, another dose of schoolin’ for those who’ve missed this weeks music news. In the UK at least, the weather’s been lovely, so perhaps you were out enjoying the sunshine instead of scouring the blogosphere and getting angry at the Drowned in Sound message boards. Losers.
Anyway, you know the drill - get the Spotify playlist HERE, and have a look at the track-by-track guide by clicking the read more link.
Once again Kanye has managed to defy the haters, putting on a spectacular show at Coachella with the aid of ballerinas, guest stars and a massive crane. And while the majority of us (including me) won’t have been there to witness it, we can at least console ourselves with video of the whole performance, which you can find after the jump. Enjoy!
Holy fuck, yet another banger from Yeezy, this is set to be album of the year. Way to bounce back after all the hate. Anyway, here he is performing Runaway at the VMA’s, one year on after the most ridiculously overblown incident in modern history.

Starting from now, Sundays will see us bringing you a round up of the week’s most important music news in a lovely Spotify playlist. Without further ado, here is Sunday School #1…
Tracklisting and explanations after the jump
Kanye West put this new song up on his blog yesterday evening, and fucking hell it’s a good’un. Featuring Beyonce and Charlie Wilson, the six minutes of “See Me Now” encapsulate everything that makes Kanye great, and the track’s got me pretty excited about his new record. “I’m gonna let you finish but I got Beyonce on my track” - I mean, what’s not to love? As Kanye himself says “I’m back baby”.
Kanye West - See Me Now (Ft. Beyonce & Charlie Wilson) by jhowlett

Fuck the haters, Kanye West is the best rapper of century twenty one, and I am hella excited about the upcoming release of LP5, Good Ass Job.
Today he’s uploaded the final mastered version of “Power” (leaked in unfinished form last week) to his blog for free download, but if you can’t find it there, this excellent blog has it on their servers for you to grab.
Greg, in California. (Sasquatch Festival review coming soon)
In a world filled with bullshit Pop Music, Kanye West is a true artist and has delivered once again with the re-worked Coldest Winter and accompanying video, from his critically underrated 808’s & Heartbreaks.
